Submission requirements:
No more than twelve images of original photographic images made by the person submitting the work. The works submitted should be a cohesive portfolio of imagery made about a theme, idea or place and be accompanied by a short statement in English– no more than one printed page – summarizing the concept behind the portfolio and a CV.
The artist/photographer certifies that he has all rights to the images submitted and where applicable consent of the subject or property owner to display and market the images and that the images do not violate the rights of any other person.
Maximum image size is 18 x 26 cm (7” x 10”), 180 dpi in jpeg highest quality format, prepared on a calibrated monitor and tagged with Adobe rgb (1998) color space (this should produce an rgb file of about 1.5 MB)
Each image should be named: artist last name, first name, number of image (example, “FolbergNeil01”)
File info (in Photoshop see File>Info>Description) should be the following:
· Document Title: name of image
· Author: Artist Full name, First name first
· Description: Name, email address, phone number including country code, mailing address plus any brief information you would like to add
· Copyright Status: Copyrighted
· Copyright Notice: Artist Name and Date (Year) ex: Neil Folberg 2009
· Copyright info URL: your website if you have one
